The Roots. You don’t need much more of an introduction about arguably the best band in hip hop, definitely the hardest working, with one of the most highly anticipated albums. I will say they’ve got a brand new video for the title track of that album. How I Got Over was directed by BBGUN and features Black Thought, Questlove and the grittier side of New York. Of course this means the wait for the album just got a little closer, although I’m not exactly sure how close. Word is the album has been pushed back until later this year, possibly early 2010.
