I’ve found that there are usually two camps when it comes to swedish electro-soul group Litttle Dragon. There are those who absolutely love Little Dragon and then there are those who’ve never heard of Little Dragon but love them on first listen. When my friend Anthony emailed me and mentioned me turning him on to Little Dragon that sent me on sweet musical journey to find the latest on Japanese soul sister Yukimi Nagano and the rest of the group, Hakan Wirenstrand, Fredrik Wallin, and Erik Bodin. Since their self titled debut album in 2007 they’ve been shooting videos, touring and had the great fortune of having the song that turned most of us into devoted fans, Twice, featured on an episode of Grey’s Anatomy. Their brand new album “Machine Dreams” will be released on August 31st according to their myspace page or on August 19th as listed on their website (this may be an overseas release date).
