Back with more video of Maxwell in the studio. Three to be exact. Watch these insightful clips of Maxwell talking about the making of Stop The World, Help Somebody and Cold below. They’re taken from the “Five Days of BLACK” video packaged with all deluxe editions of Maxwell’s BLACKsummers’night album in stores tomorrow (July 7th). Maxwell is currently on tour and performed this past weekend at the Essence Musical Festival. I’ve heard mixed reviews about his appearance although in all fairness, no bad reviews were given about his performance. Most complaints were about his late start (over an hour) which seemed to be caused by other acts running late and long and out of his control. Not to worry Maxwell fans/concert goers. Previous tour dates have not been plagued by lateness and New Yorkers, don’t forget Maxwell will be performing at a free solo concert in NYC on July 8th.
