Spotted this at CSD (Can’t Slow Down). The EPK for Nas’ “Illmatic” features Q-Tip, Large Professor, Pete Rock and DJ Premier talking about what most believe is Nas’ best album. This is even more prophetic today as they talk about sampling Micheal Jackson and Q-Tip just tweeted that he’s working on Nas’ new album. As CSD’s O.s.u.m says about Nas “Can we only hope that his divorce from Kelis was the wake up call he needed to actually get some decent beats and producers this time around?” Hey, he said that, I didn’t (but I do agree).
