José James Releases More New Songs And Performs Them Live (Video)

As a member of the soul neighborhood watch I’m obligated to alert you every time I hear José James sing a note. Greater Good is the jazzy new track José just uploaded to his myspace page. The track is from an unnamed, forthcoming album. A few weeks ago he let us hear his remake of a Nancy Wilson/Cannonball Adderley classic, Save Your Love For Me. The way that man works a song should be a crime. Well just call me Detective Honey because I’m on the case. I’ve got a video of him performing his new music live in London at the Jazz Cafe. You’ll hear both of the previously mentioned songs plus more of his new material. At the end of the clip, he and Ben Westbeech duet on Electromagnetic.

José has already told us who’s on the new album and now he’s dropped more new songs names in his blog, Lay You Down, Pretty Black Girl in Paris, and Emotions. Love it already! You know I’ve got your back and him on my radar, so no new José James activity will go unreported by the honeysoul surveillance system. I’ll keep you posted on any further developments.
