I JUST put the list of ALL the R&B, Hip-Hop and Urban Alternative nominees on the message boards. But I’m definitely happy for the recognition of SO MANY SOULFUL artists ONCE AGAIN… especially my man, Raphael Saadiq (maybe he’ll actually WIN some this year unlike a couple of years back when “Instant Vintage” SHOULD’VE WON SOMETHING!!) Grammy folks may like the more ‘old school’ sound… so, maybe he has a chance of getting a statue.

Also, I’m impressed with the Urban Alternative Nominees… didn’t even know Grammy folks would recognize Wanya… (If that’s the case.. my girl, Sy Smith should’ve gotten some love..) But its all gravy with butter. :)

By the way its also cool to have been on this site and talking about Jazmine Sullivan WAY before anybody even knew who she was and now to see her as a multiple Grammy nominee! :)

This is a NICE list. Glad to see Kenna on there. I like his music. I love his song Say Goodbye to Love.

Raphael Saddiq is my favorite “musician” of today. He’s always been a favorite of mine.

I loving this. Finally people are starting to give Wayna her due. I’ve seen her perform live and she is really amazing! Jazmine Sullivan also performed that night and I’m so happy to see her doing it big now too! Give me a win for Jazmine and Wayna and I’ll be the happiest person ever!!!

Check them out for yourself :)
