It is nice with a lot of heavy hitting beats, great subject matter, nice flows, hooks/melodies. The first single "ER/Emergency." is just great. I also like "We Need to Roll," "That's my Word," "True Colors" and other joints. Although I like the album,I believe his next album "Signature" will have more of what I am used to and more of his sensual character reflected in it based on the snippets I have heard; I hope his next album will have a few more softer beats, natural or live instruments. This album is good however most of beats on the songs seem equipment-manufatured or not natural. And I know Joe plays a variety of instruments. I will continue to enjoy this album and anticipate "Signature," since he written a lot of the songs. I got to see Joe perform at a club in Miami called Barchettas. It was hot, even the fellas paid homage and he has a dedicated fan here. I believe he has a humble spirit which is reflected in all of his music and in person while performing. I look forward to the next album and the next one after that and all of his releases. I think he is a powerhouse. lastly, I think what keeps him on te top of his game is the fact that sometimes he gets missing-not always in the public eye-mysterious...I like that.
