After encountering some technical difficulties, I am able to post again, thanks entirely to EJ. He fixed the problem. His help and kindness really made me feel good so I’d like to dedicate this week’s Friday Freestyle to him. Thank you EJ!

This week’s playlist is also about feeling good. I’ve included tracks that get your head nodding. Jah_Luv noticed that Rahsaan Patterson sounds like Raphael Saadiq. I agree, plus sometimes I think he sounds a little like Stokley from Mint Condition and even Chaka Khan. He’s got an amazing voice. Also from the the amazing voice crew included this week are the jazzy vocals of Ledisi, Queen Aaminah and Karen Bernod. American Idol finalist LaToya London says she’ll do “Anything”, a song that I’m pretty sure we would have never heard on AI. Watch for her debut in September.
